Editorial Standards
The principles behind what we publish, and how we handle corrections when we get something wrong.
Last updated: July 6, 2026
At Centrix Digital Solutions ("Centrix", "we", "us", or "our"), we publish articles, guides, and insights to share what we know and to help the businesses we work with make better decisions. These Editorial Standards explain the principles behind what we publish and how we handle corrections when we get something wrong.
Why we publish
We publish because we believe useful, honest information helps our industry and the people in it. Our aim is to be genuinely helpful, to explain things clearly, and to earn trust through the quality and accuracy of what we share, not through hype.
Our standards
We hold our published content to a simple standard: it should be accurate, clear, and worth your time. We do our best to get the facts right, to explain our reasoning, and to be honest about what we know and what is still uncertain. We aim to write in plain language, to avoid jargon where we can, and to be straight with our readers rather than sensational.
Where we reference facts, figures, or the work of others, we aim to represent them fairly and accurately. When something is our opinion or perspective, we present it as such.
Authorship and review
Our content reflects the knowledge and experience of our team. We take care over what we publish, and we review our work for accuracy and clarity before it goes out. When a topic calls for particular expertise, we make sure the people with that knowledge shape what we say.
Independence
What we publish reflects our honest views. Our editorial content is not for sale, and we do not let outside parties dictate the substance of what we write. Where content is sponsored or produced in partnership, or where we have a commercial interest in what we are discussing, we make that clear.
Updates and corrections
The world changes, and so does what we know. We update our content from time to time to keep it accurate and useful. When we make a significant change to something we have published, we aim to be transparent about it.
We also know that, despite our best efforts, we sometimes get things wrong. When we do, we want to fix it.
What we correct. We correct errors of fact, such as incorrect figures, names, dates, or statements that are not accurate. We may also update content that has become outdated or that could be clearer. Minor changes, such as fixing a typo, may be made without a formal note. For more significant corrections, we aim to make clear what was changed.
How to report an error. If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, we want to hear about it. Please contact us through our Contact page, or at the email below, and let us know the page, the issue, and, if you have one, a source we can check.
How we handle it. When we receive a report, we look into it, verify the facts, and, where a correction is warranted, update the content. We aim to do this promptly and fairly.
